To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個時勢,晚市全院滿坐真係非必然。當IFC 裡面既餐廳晚市都唔係間間爆,呢間星馬菜真係旺足整個晚市。餐廳晚上都幾有情調,無落雨仲可以坐戶外位欣賞維港夜景。食星馬菜,happy hour 飲下酒,加埋維港海景,成個畫面出晒嚟。老隆藥膳肉骨茶肉骨茶內容好豐富,有大大件豬肋排,帶皮蒜頭,豬肚同其他配料。入口味道香濃,卻沒有死鹹,散發著胡椒香。芙蓉燒蟹蟹夠晒份量,大大隻蟹鉗,拆殼後好多肉。醬汁惹味,將娘惹風味帶入蟹中。正宗海南麻雞海南雞周圍都有,要分高低,真係睇隻雞。呢度既海南雞雞肉好嫩口,你絕對分得出係高質,配埋黑豉油、薑蓉及辣醬三款醬汁食,最地道既享受。百香果沙律蝦球蝦肉爽口,外皮脆口,醬汁帶酸甜香,令人開胃的組合。四大天王呢個炒菜唔普通,將長豆,秋葵,茄子及臭豆用XO醬炒,沒草青味既同時又辣得惹味。楊枝雪糕椰子凍好多人都叫椰子盅,低配版一樣有雪燕和椰子雪糕同楊枝甘露。雖然爭個椰子殼,但價錢平啲更抵食。黑糯米椰子雪糕濃稠黑糯米,椰汁唔少得,加一球椰子雪糕,黑白配帶出椰香。
