不過我都是愛吃24個月的parma ham多一點~~

吞拿魚扒略厚身,啖啖肉這個煮法既KEEP到吞拿魚的鮮,沾上黑椒碎的魚皮也香口。
但吞拿魚本身味道很淡,這道菜對於剛剛吃得超濃味超香口的我們就變得更淡了….變得沒什麼看頭。
我們還是回到我們的「既濃香又油膩滿瀉的菜式」吧!
當然不少得這個了!

Medium 的牛扒,偏向少少medium rare。
但我寧可medium rare也不要medium well,medium well一定浪費了和牛!
medium rare肉質較嫩,牛味濃郁。
黑松露炒飯味香,不過不夠乾身,而且份量少了點。
而且和牛跟黑松露炒飯同吃會被搶走了味道,所以我都是分開吃的。
不過肚子都能填滿呀!!

不用拿出ipad,那其實是個很有活力的甜品呀!
分別有Oreo、綿花糖、聰明豆、nuts、生果、rice crispy,跟雪糕一氣過放進石碗內,然後攪勻!!!

很特別的組合呢!
建議食的時候,跟口味慢慢加入咖啡,太多dark coffee會令讓人幸福的crème brulee帶上苦澀呀!
總的來說,整晚的食物賣相跟玩樂過程都叫人驚喜,食物味道就中等偏上吧。
但環境可絕不會輸呀!
所以想找餐廳慢慢談心的,也不錯喲!
