To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五經過九龍灣mega box，趁下午茶時間去食Ikea，都唔算太多人，好快就搵到位。Ikea係要自己攞托盤，然後一路排隊，見到啱嘅野食就攞，去到最後就係cashier畀錢。今次叫左個酥皮龍蝦湯（$33），見到都幾多人買，應該係呢排新出嘅。被佢嘅酥皮吸引左，個酥皮好拱，但係見到有啲酥皮好塌，龍蝦湯好濃，入面仲有d龍蝦肉添，可以媲美其他西餐廳。仲叫左個小食拼盤，有4隻雞翼，4條腸仔同埋一啲薯格。兩個人share岩岩好，味道不過不失。環境可以，都幾乾淨。提提大家食完記得自己執檯。
