To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我間中會到IKEA逛逛搜購有需要家居用品，今次在順便「宜家家居餐廳及咖啡室」用午饍。我們的午餐：鮮橙汁、小食拼盤、斑戟、蔬菜薯餅=$68，平均人均消費$34。一支鮮橙汁雖然份量不多，可以分享，之後可以自斟冷/熱開水。小食拼盤：四只雞翼有肥瘦，頗有趣！雞翼色澤深但味道不鹹。像東莞臘腸外形的腸仔味道濃郁，皮脆肉滑。粟米粒粒一般，不是爽嫩口感粟米。不脆口的薯角是暖暖的。加小食：蔬菜薯餅有輕微芝士味，味道尚可。直徑像碗面大小的斑戟，為我們補充澱粉質。我買外賣焗豬手八五折$58回家晚上加餸。
