— One of the best I’ve ever had... The Black Angus Beef was so tender and simply melted in your mouth. Not to mention, it had a rich beef flavour and was perfectly seasoned. The rice noodles had a unique chewy texture and soaked up all the goodness from the sauce. This was wok-fried to a perfectly dry finish and had a great aroma.

— Amazing and beautifully presented. The prawn and scallop filling was so fresh and had a strong flavour to it. Loved the addition of caviar on top for extra flavour and savouriness.

— Another very good dumpling. Each dumpling has a crab claw in it, so you’re guaranteed to get an intense crab flavour. I loved the contrasting textures and flavours in this, especially coming from the flying fish roe which gave it a bit of a crunch.

— Whenever places serve quail egg siu mai it’s a must order because of how rare it is. This was so well done as the soft boiled quails egg is wrapped inside a layer of ibérico pork, so the yolk leaks when you bite into it. The truffle taste was also quite strong yet not overpowering, and worked well with the pork.

— Wasn’t expecting this to be so good. The filling was so flavourful and the peking duck shreds were so tender. Only issue was that this was a bit oily.

— Thought these were sandwiches from afar 😂 but that aside, this was super good. The sakura shrimps gave it a nice crispy exterior and were very fragrant.

— An all time favourite. The sugar coating had a perfect level of sweetness and was baked to a flaky and crunchy exterior that contrasted well with the softness of the bun. The BBQ pork filling was tasty and had a good balance of flavours.

— These are baked fresh to order so they’re served piping hot to your table. However taste wise I was slightly disappointed. This barely had any sweetness to it and I could only taste the egg slightly.

📍Ambiance: can’t help but do a double take on their interior, their staff are so polite and friendly, service is amazing
⭐️Will definitely be visiting again!
