To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午間野都無乜人食,一行六大人兩b入去,叫完野食都無人湛水,叫佢湛先問tape water/sparkling water 。明明成班人無野做。全程班waiter黑口黑面,問佢拎支pepper 又勁黑面。好似食茶記咁,食完一碟即刻有人收碟,態度想趕客咁,野又唔係好食,係極之普通。埋單之後一企係身,即刻有人係後面收櫈,超無禮貌,尤其係眼睛光頭佬同一個中東藉中年男。絕對不recommend,好心咁既態度就唔好開餐廳做飲食業。
