To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

well informed by its long queue, i chose a tea time to taste the popular ramen shop-butao ramen.this central shop is a block away from its popular flagship store, and so the queue is much make sense than the other branches.i tasted the black king, as a signature noodle of the shop, the soup is oily and very thick, the squid flavor is outstandingly presented. it is quite scary when i first see the noodle with such a dark color but it s scent will immediately make u relief.   the noodle itself is

i tasted the black king, as a signature noodle of the shop, the soup is oily and very thick, the squid flavor is outstandingly presented. it is quite scary when i first see the noodle with such a dark color but it s scent will immediately make u relief.   the noodle itself is chewy and abt the right thickness, it think it is the perfect match with the squid sauce/soup!!
