The chicken feet soup was a good starter, given the ingredients were quite a lot.
Good to warm my stomach before all the cold sashimi.

The salmon was wrapped with pastry. The salmon joints were nicely done in this way, as it was still juicy. A good choice for those like pastry wrap.

One of the signature dish for the restaurant.
I am amazed about the big portion and the meat remained very juicy after it got sliced into pieces.

I am a big fan of Sashimi.
I think the quality of sashimi in this restaurant is very impressive for a under $300 meal.
The sweet shrimp was giant compare to those we usually see.
You will know its good quality once you bite it.
All the fish Sashimi slices were thick, must give a thumbs up for the generosity.
Among the fish, both salmon and swordfish were nice.
I eat salmon almost every where, but this salmon raised my eyebrow.
Mategai and abalone were nice also, if you seek for some other chewing texture.
In general, I will go to this restaurant again just for the amazing mixed sashimi.

Its a pity that no unlimited oyster were offered the night we went.
I still managed to have 3 oysters after queue up to the chef table.
The oysters were big, fresh and juicy!

The restaurant also offered a wide variety of sushi.
I like the raw beef one a lot. The beef was huge with its tender texture.
Not easy to see pan fried goose liver in japanese restaurant, it was nicely done, not too oily after mixed with the sushi rice.

For those don't like raw food, may try their tempura.
I like theur sweet potatoes with cheese. A mixed of sweet and salty view, a good snack during the meal.
The shrimp tempura is not bad, but of course, I enjoyed the shrimp sashmi more.

Absoultely pretty full after all the above, only wanted to try the agar jelly with yellow bean powder. A very light dessert after all the oily meat / fish.
