Came for a quick lunch at 7/F QRE Plaza. The ambiance of this place is great. Fully equipped with musical instruments. The choices on their Lunch menu was good, starts from HK$98 up and it comes with Soup, dessert and coffee/tea. I ordered Half Spring Chicken on their Set Lunch for HK$138. They served the Minestrone soup first. Soup was smooth and creamy as they added potato on it. In every sip, I tasted the richness of fresh vegetables. Then followed by my main course preference, Spring Chick

Then followed by my main course preference, Spring Chicken. The portion was large even its only half. Its texture is a perfect combination of being crispy, tender and juicy. The outer texture was crispy but as I chewed and explored beneath the skin and bones I tasted the juicy and tenderness which I enjoyed. They give attention not only to the taste but also on the presentation. Well done.

Their service was quick and smooth as the staff was very attentive. We had their dessert as a complimentary, which I don't know what they called it. Sort of Panna Cotta but with coconut flavor and a strawberry on the top.
