Having eaten in Tenmasa in the past, I really looked forward to what Tenshu could offer. The onsen egg jelly was really cute. There is this soft and smooth jelly above the onsen egg in the sauce. The yolk tasted rich.

The scallop tempura was to die for as the middle was still a bit raw giving it a silky smooth texture.

The fish tempura was cut in halves and rested on the plate. The fish tasted very rich with minimal seasoning.

The tempura don comprised of fried shrimp and vegetables and was so satisfying eaten with the hot rice.
Last but not least was the green tea panna cotta. I love how this panna cotta was not overly sweet. The bit of red bean purée on top went so well with the rich green tea panna cotta
