The Parade is located at the new wing or Jockey Club Happy Valley Clubhouse. It’s an improved version of the old Food Plaza, with more spacious seats, better interior design and better food. They serve food from all over the globe, including Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian and various other Western food.

Their Peking duck is a must-order item. It was smoked with apple wood, which made it very fragrant. The pancakes were thin and chewy. They also come along with different flavors of sweet bean sauce, including coffee, orange peel and original, which I find very innovative. The best sauce was the honey truffle sauce. It goes very well with the duck surprisingly. The skin of the duck was crispy, and it wasn’t too fatty.

Their skewers and minced tori were another highlight of the meal. The Japanese skewers seasonings were very on point, while the minced toro rice was really fresh. Their Shari was amazing, with the right acidity and chewiness to it.

Their waffles are 💯. The waffles from Food Plaza was lighter and airier. The new version here is denser but still very crispy on the outside. With their authentic Italian Gelato, the combination is simply irresistible.
