My family and I went to a restaurant called '' Moon Juk" (滿粥順德粥底海鮮火鍋)located in G/F, 79 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong (新蒲崗景福街79號地舖).This restaurant is specialized in serving healthy ''NO MSG'' congee hotpot(健康無味精粥底火鍋) with fresh seafoods purchase from local wet markets everyday(每日到街市選購新鮮海鮮).Both of us ordered ''Seafood dinner set'' which costs HKD$198/ person Including *7 types fresh seasonal seafoods (7 款新鮮時令海鮮)加+*5 types extra hotpot ingredients (5款自選火鍋配料)加+*4 types of veggies (4款自選時蔬)加+*1 con

Extremely fresh. The abalones are still moving when they are served!!
Geoduck (象拔蚌)
Superrrrrr sweet.Personally I think the geoducks are even taste better than the abalones.
Mud crab (肉蟹)
The mud crab is veryyyyyy meaty, loads of sweet, succulent, luscious flesh with tempting brown meat(蟹膏). Halibut/ Flounder (比目魚)
The fish fillets are very delicate, fresh, sweet, tender. The skin packs with tons of collagen, very jellied and gelatinous.
Jinga Shrimp (基圍蝦)
The shrimps are extremely fresh and lively that they are bounce and moving inside the bowl!!
The shrimps are firm, springy and sweetttttt.
There are also lively freshwater clams(白沙蜆),large size clams (大蜆類) and small size clams (細蜆類) are served. For the extra hotpot ingredients, we ordered
"Chicken nuggets'' (front) (鮮滑雞件) (前)
The chicken nuggets are tender, soft, delicate and juicy.
They are not the frozen ones but purchased from the wet market.
''Mashed cuttlefish'' (white ones)墨魚滑
The mashed cuttlefish is very bouncy and springy.Delishhhhh.
''US beef'' (美國肥牛)"
Nice strong beefy flavours, quite tender and juicy .
''Sliced Iberian belly'' (黑毛豬腩片)
Rich flavours as high fat content.
After we ate all the seafood and other hotpot ingredients, the waitress served us with diced taro, pumpkin, rice, spring onion, pickled/ preserved Chinese cabbage(冬菜), egg and put them into the hotpot then mash it. All these ingredients blended together and became a thick, rich, flavourful congee.
The congee is superbbbbb!!!
The essences of all the seafood dissolved into the congee soup base which make it soooooo sweet
There are cute 3D food theme wall decors. This restaurant uses extremely fresh, local ingredients and selling in reasonable prices. Thats why there is a long queue outside the restaurant!
