Tried Wong Chi Kei before in Central but as I didnt try the noodles I didn't know the noodles were the best. The noodles here are really thin and tasty and they don't have that nasty alkaline taste. The platter is really good because you can sample all the goodies like dumplings, wontons, pork trotters, beef belly and braised mushrooms.I didn't try this but they have crispy baguette buns that you get in Macau with scrambled egg and black truffle.
