July 7th one day after my birthday, went to Kolour Mall Pacific Coffee House. Top up my loyalty card, sat down waiting for a friend.After an hour was time to take my medicine, requested the young girl and the man with glasses to give me a glass of water. I was told I need to purchase something only then they can give me tap water. I was shocked.I told them I just topped up my loyalty card with you guys. No more humanity at PCH served by humans who have got their entire moral compass screwed up....

Sad, do not give your business here better coffee shops out there, this brand has a short life from my predictions after this recent incident with me.

No amount of sorry or remorse will bring back how they made me feel that day for a glass of water.
