pronounced as "leeyezh", named for the city in southern Belgium🇧🇪 where they were invented! a very soft brioche with caramelised crust, tasted so much better than how it may look! their waffles were made to order, hot & crispy ! then wrapped in their coffee filters, ready to eat! how cute! 😋
