I got the mango tea + strawberry bear and a Thai milk tea w pearls + tofu pudding + vitasoy bear. The iced bears were too sweet and I was already done w both of the drinks before the ice bear even started melting. The pink bear tasted artificial and sugary. In order to make the bear float, the drink had to have a lot of ice so it watered down the drink as well.For the mango tea, I could taste some mango pulp so thumbs up for using real mango. For the mango tea, I could taste some mango pulp so thumbs up for using real mango. As for the Thai milk tea, the entire combination was too filling for a drink. It almost felt like an actual meal instead.
Side note: Service needs improvement as there was no one at the counter when we entered; we had to stand at the counter for five minutes before an employee came to help us. We didn’t know if it was a self serve place or not. The staff did not inform us that the bear drinks weren’t available until 12:15pm either. When we asked for help, the staff only told us to check out their ordering machine for their menu and did not want to listen to our questions at all. Also, note that the bear drinks are only available for dine-in service. Accepted payments are credit card, octopus card, wechat pay, and Alipay.
