We came here mainly for the instagrammable souffle pancake, which fulfilled all our expectations and beyond! After pouring the butterfly pea sauce onto the souffle (and taking countless pictures), we finally tucked into the dessert. While fluffy, the texture was not completely airy and had a nice chewy texture. It’s best to pair each bite with the light earl grey cream, as it will bring more taste to the mildly eggy flavor

Our mains were equally delightful - the chicken breast was super healthy as it was not only slow cooked, but also hormone and antibiotic free. Mixing the poached egg and japanese sauce into the bowl made the chicken and rice less dry, and the combination of mushrooms was particularly pleasing to the palate.

As for the pork chop baked rice, the taste of the tomato and mozzarella sauce was quite unique and definitely not straight out of a can, although the size of the pork chop could have been bigger.
