Visited this cuisine during tea time on a Sunday, and we had to queue up for around 5 mins to get seated. When it was our turn to get in, the waitress asked us to queue up though we were in line. The omelette was nicely done, neither dry nor thin, keeping the temperature of the warm rice beneath the egg. However, the deep-fried fish fillet was cold which deducted some marks…I’d say this set is worth the price.
We ordered a tea set (fried rice) which arrived more than 30 mins afterwards. The table right next to us (who came later than us as well) ordered the same fried rice, whilst theirs arrived before ours. We reflected the problem and the staff did not bother to apologise at all. When the waitress served the rice afterwards, she even brought the dish to the table next to us! Clearly the rice served beforehand belonged to us. How poor the management and the services were!
Usually I’d rate a restaurant “okay” with acceptable food regardless of the service. But this one is an exception, and I must also, address my complaint on their intolerable service. Don’t have any anticipation for being nicely treated, surely they don’t bother at all.
