A flavorful and succulent cut. Not too lean nor too fatty. Served medium rare. Beautifully roasted surface and moist meat.

Pork belly with a fair amount of fat, stuffed with herbs, leek and garlic. Crackling rind and juicy meat. Delicately seasoned.

Topped with sweet and fragrant strawberry sauce. Dense and creamy cheesecake with a cookie crumb base.
Chocolate Lava Cake w/ Frozen Vanilla Custard
An indulgent lava cake that was served piping hot featuring a rich and gooey melting center, which paired in harmony with the smooth and creamy homemade frozen custard.
Overall a decent meal and cozy dining experience. Really appreciate Charlie and his team for their great hospitality! Would also love to try their signature flat iron steak on my next visit.
