As friend didn't agree with sunflowerting's suggestion in those sea-food restaurant in YMT so we compromise to a Japanese bbq in Jordan at last which we never know before: Because of the self-service in certain area, fridge is a little bit far away to our seat vs we have the previlege to watch tv really close to us meats are sfsg but didn't have clear name-tag or introduction it's a little bit confuse when I found the name of ox-tongue only within the veg. area; then after listen to a customer
Well, drinks need extra $15 dollars with at least 8 choice (tea, soft drinks, energetic drinks etc)
I can see those old-comment here without the paper on the bbq-stove, which seems a little bit improve about hygiene & cleansing, but at the same time sunflowerting found it's really clumsy to use the bamboo-夾 which I prefer using chopstick ah thus while we have to share the small rectangle-area, the raw & cooked foods have the risk mix up if we don't change to use tools !
veg. like mushroom, egg-plant , sweet corn, green gourd, mini-tomato, 3 colour-pepper even brocoili , 絲瓜 are good for digestion, but we disappointed with the prawn (small one u can see !) that found twice time on the shelf ONLY within that 1.5 hours the limitation of certain kinds of foods push us to eat other meats, but I can say the clam is one of the best dish around tasty dumpling, dice-beef, pork, fish, ox-tongue, chicken-wing & etc. our seat (table for 2) is a little bit too close to another table while the air-circulation should be improved too!
we can see lot of customer waiting outside when we check-out around 10:00pm (i.e. their order price should be 30% less than us)
Other Info. :
~ some family-table is more comfortable & having more space; that's why they reserve those table for 1.5 hours even without customers, but we need to wait for 10 mins for a small table at the moment !!
~ one aged-waitress really kindly, professional & serving effectively within our meal !
