To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比其他的大快活,這是挺差的630開門好像是有便早出門的朋友但630去到,一來是還沒開燈,另外是食物未齊不如還是7點,準備所有才開吧魚柳炒蛋要常食的辣肉通沒有叫了第2喜歡的火腿通咖啡要熱的魚柳食下去,要比其他點,例如坑口,沙田,旺角東等點的小分,而味道就沒大分別。炒蛋,暗色,不是金黃的,而切,也是小分了,記得有另一次食,小分到要馬上換一分新的炒蛋。火腿通,通分像是泡了幾秒熱水就出來了,而且不是雞湯底,是味精湯,十分失望。咖啡普通,也不會試那個加幾塊就有的意大利咖啡。還是那一點,沒能力開630的門就7點開吧,quality還是重要的。
