Went on Monday night, very quiet. The decoration is Japanese style, clean and tidy. At the end we saw some fish tanks with different kind of seafood.We order 2 things from the tank. White shell clam was very fat and creamy. Also geoduck was chewy and fresh. They were very nice but in a small portion and quiet expensive, cost over a hundred for the clam and over seven hundreds for the geoduck.We ordered some dishes at the restaurant as well. We ordered some dishes at the restaurant as well. I picked sashimi don because of the urchin. I was very disappointed about the urchin cause it was not fresh. It is very difficult to find good urchin in HK....
Soup rice with lobster was surprisingly good and at a reasonable price.
The grill smelled good especially the king prawn. Unfortunately the prawn was either not fresh or over cooked cause it was too chewy and hard to remove from the shell.
Ended with the green tea ice cream. Yummy!
This was my first time visit, I am not sure how do they differentiate the restaurant. It seems that we can order from other shops in side this area but not all of them.
