When Milksha first opened in Hong Kong, we really weren't impressed. It just wasn't as hyped as what people said. But as we were leaving the new Dondondonki, we saw this branch was new and offereing a buy one get one free deal.

Boyfriend had the taro milk ($33) and I had the brown sugar boba milk ($31). Even though these people worked pretty slow, it actually tasted better. My boba was  not dark in color but it appeared to be the clear kind. It had a good chew and not too sweet. The milk was not too sweet as well but it was just enough. Not as creamy as Tiger Sugar but not too bad. Boyfriend was happy with his taro milk as the taro was abundant and quite soft. Was it this branch? Or did they improve since opening? I may have to give the one near me a try again.
