It used to be good... but its really bad now

Yeah, this place used to be good like  8 years ago when it first opened. The owner was always there, friendly, making sure the place was running. But now when I walk by I never see him. Does he still work here? Because the food is not good at all. I got some rice rolls with dumplings in soup. The dumplings were just frozen ones with chicken powder soup and egg. The rice roll was pretty bland. Its not very cheap either. It really isn't very good, and the quality has really worsened a lot since it

Its not very cheap either. It really isn't very good, and the quality has really worsened a lot since it first opened. I probably won't go back again.
