A friend and I were walking around the West Kowloon Cultural District the other day looking for a late lunch spot. That’s when we stumbled upon Lau Bak, which is like this artsy cafe/livehouse space. I saw they had a veggie all day breakfast on the menu so I thought I’d give it a try. It came with a nice assortment of fresh veggies - beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms. They also included some scrambled eggs that were cooked perfectly.

The food was nicely plated too. They also gave me a slice of bread and two pieces of that new omnipork luncheon meat to try. The bread was a little dry though. And surprisingly, the omnipork actually tasted pretty realistic, almost like the real thing!
