Stanley is a relax and chill place that most residents and visitors will go on weekends. Most of the resturant here are western cuisine. To be frank, Ocean Rock Seafood & Tapas is our top choice when come to Stanley. The good sea-view, the comfy atmosphere, the western design and layout all are drew our attention to it.
As for the taste of food, let’s see:
1)Halibut Steak on Leek and Potato Stew $275
We ordered the lunch set and sit outside area that can enjoy open-seaview area for dining. The halibut was crispy outside and tender inside, obviously, the chef was good at searing Halibut steak.
2)Duck confit with Apple sauce truffle mush potato $275
This absolutely the best Duck confit that I had ever have. The art of plating food was well-done in this resturant, which resulted in increasing my appetite desire. Literally, the dish satisfied us in all sense of grasping food.
Other than the main course, we had two pieces of fresh oysters as the starter, which is in big size, and juicy texture, and our friends ordered grilled half lobster tail as their starter. In general rating, the fresh oysters got more positive feedbacks. As for the soup of the day, it never made us down. At the end of the meal, we all have Cappucino. Thank you that the good meal which was provided by the resturant that all of us had a full tummy to left.
