肉類有Hot Stone Steak🥩,係來自美國既USDA 1504日草飼黑安格斯肉眼扒,特色係放左係一塊熱石板上面,確保肉眼扒唔會變凍!牛扒有陣煙燻嘅感覺,明顯地烤過來的,但係肉味卻唔突出,唔太濃郁!😯肉質都可以接受,唔會太多筋屬於較有咬口。醬汁都花左好多心思,有四款分別係意大利白松露橄欖油,辣椒油🌶️, 黑醋&蒜茸檸檬汁🍋。不過小編都係鐘意原味食多d,配醬都係喜愛傳統既牛扒燒汁🙈

甜品最後有Tiramisu,得一杯for兩人分🙈,用左新鮮Mascarpone cream,好重奶味,整個tiramisu都打到好滑好fluffy!😙反而個espresso咖啡味唔算好濃,好味與否就好睇個人口味啦🙂
