Foie gras terrine除了有鵝肝,還有磨菇、poached egg 和potato foam。炒過的mushroom好香,蛋熟度剛剛好,可以和薯foam 混和一起吃,口感好smooth。

Main course的 Lobster Thermidor 來自boston,有半隻龍蝦,配上有機黑藜麥。賣相十分精緻,仲有成隻完整的龍蝦蚶,好有心機的dish。龍蝦肉質彈牙,以法式烹調,好矜貴的主菜,滿分。

另一主菜係Seabream Filet 'A la plancha',條鯛魚都幾大份, 拌青豆、紅椒、魷魚和薯仔。魚以西班牙方法烹調,即鐵板煎魚,魚面香脆肉嫩,非常有質素。

甜品都食左幾轉,推介檸檬及青檸蛋白tart和香草焦糖布甸。豆腐mousse超滑,如真豆腐般嫩。草莓椰子蛋糕,淡淡的椰子味清香,口味獨特。

Menu仲可以order souffle或Haagen Dazs雪糕,唔太吸引,可以再有特色D,和starter和main比,跌左watt。都試下ginger 味梳乎里個sauce有D咸。
