Had the signature pork knuckle which we waited for about 25 mins. The meat was tender and the taste not bad. Perhaps it would go well with some bread. It was already very sweet as it was and the waitress said that the honey should be added to bring out the flavour which I totally disagree. I really don't think that the cheap brand of honey would have augmented anything. I felt that the price is slightly on the high side but hey, I guess if it is in Sheung Wan, you gotta charge a higher price. Th

PS the waitress was a bit shy and unsure with herself but service was friendly overall.
