I am a big fan of 黃喉 artery. It was crunchy and chewy with nice fatty flavours.
Some might be scared away by offal, but you can have my guarantee that this is nothing like organ. But imagine the fat in a steak but crunchy and not oily. The staff taught my to eat it with 匙柄 top blade, a lean but flavoursome cut.
It was genius😍 The contrasting texture was exceptional and they complemented each other to bring the best out of each other. Make sure you order both and try next time🙋🏻♂️
Don’t forget their draft beer if you ever visit🍺 It was fruity, almost flowery with great malty aftertaste. A sip of ice cold beer after a piece of spicy and fatty beef was definitely an one of its kind experience😋
