🌟Spanish Serrano ham 70g 白毛豬火腿肉質偏乾，至於咸度適中，送酒啱啱好。🌟Selection of 2 cheeses 個人唔係咁好芝士，叫咗一隻牛奶同埋一隻羊奶芝士，味道都比較濃。🌟Hereford OBE organic grass-fed beef tenderloin 呢塊terderloin真係好麻麻，肉質好鞋好鞋好鞋，亦都冇乜牛味，叫咗medium rare，但出到嚟overcooked。🌟Locally sourced littleneck clams Meunière 蜆肉亦都overcooked，咬落好韌，而湯亦都好淡。🌟Pistachio strawberry opera cake開心果雪糕好味，但感覺同strawberry 唔係好夾。🌟Merlot x 2 bottle
