The only tempura place I love the most is Inagiku (稻菊) @ Royal Garden Hotel. However, I do need to compliment the food @ 天扶良 as it's amazing. The seafood is unbelievable and the chefs prepare the food with HEART which is utmost important.I couldn't recall all the food we ordered but you can tell right away when you follow the images below...I forgot to take a shot of the scallops but I can gurantee you it's good. Since we sat at the bar table, we witnessed the whole cooking process...it's fun! (except that there's a woman sitting right beside me who kept on nagging about this and that...she's really loud which annoyed me, oh well, nothing's perfect
