I live across the street from victory kitchen and eat there quite often.  Most people come to this place for their chicken rice, which is quite good.  However, I suggest asking the waiters for their recommendations on the rest of the menu; they are verrrry hospitable about it.  I can't read the Chinese menu very well, so I usually either ask the waiters or order what other tables ordered.  So far, my favorite is the beef brisket in red curry with rice.  The beef brisket in general is very tender

The beef brisket in general is very tender and flavorful.  For lunch, I sometimes get beef brisket soup noodles with a glass of iced milk tea, which they do a pretty good job on as well.  Variety of fried rice is always good, but e-fu noodles were a bit undercooked.  Overall, the food is above average, and service is fantastic.  If it's your first visit, definitely get the beef brisket, Thai style
