the place is in very japanese style, simple decroation....butter noodlesnoodles is just alright, not too soft and not too hard, it's 彈口, they give me a piece of cha siu, not fat but a bit 鞋口, there is also some corns, seaweed and 荀...the soup base is miso and very rich in miso taste, not very salty so i think not much MSG added!when the butter melt into the soup, it makes the noodles more smooth!dumplingsthe outer layer is not cripsy enough, but there's a lot of meat and vegetable inside, not sa

the outer layer is not cripsy enough, but there's a lot of meat and vegetable inside, not salty enough....so i needa add some garlic to eat it, also it's quite oily...they use too much oil to fry it...
service is good, they always refill the tea, worth to have 10% service charge
