To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自費呢間係位於銅鑼灣嘅，我真係好鍾意食呢間，因為呢間係專奶拉麵我哋食咗佢個忌廉烏東西超級有口感好食好難得會搵到熱嘅烏冬出面好難食到道價錢尚算合理同埋佢成個環境成個報紙同埋主題提議日本卡通為主題所以好可愛好適合鍾意日本風味嘅朋友仔仲有公仔送奶歡迎大家可以影相我哋都食咗佢個日本餃子超級好食好特別個造型好有動感嘅感覺，我哋亦都有去入佢哋嘅日本波子汽水，我覺得超級好飲，所以有興趣去食拉麵日本嘢嘅朋友都可以嚟呢間我都唔錯
