The seafood chicken casserole(海鮮雞煲)is served once we had sat down.
Seafood are abalones,shrimps,clams.
The chicken is fresh,tender and sweet!!higher quality than average chicken casserole.
Both beef short rib (牛小排) and beef chuck(牛肩胛）are fresh,soft and tender with marbled fat!!Both are served on an unlimited basis!!
Loveeeeeee the shrimp dumplings(鳳城水餃）with shredded bamboo shoot ,black fungus and shrimp as the filling!sweet and tasty.highly recommended!!
