Each person will offer a Australian wagyu beef steak or you can add HKD$50 to upgrade to a superior Japanese wagyu steak.Except for Australian wagyu beef steak or Japanese wagyu steak,other types of beef and meat(beef,chicken,pork and seafoods)are unlimited.
Both of us tried the Australian wagyu beef and Japanese wagyu .The fat is more evenly distributed in Japanese wagyu than these in Australian wagyu.The Japanese wagyu is much more tender than the Australian wagyu.You can feel the Japanese wagyu melting in your mouth.

These beefs are marinated and flovoured with different spices and sauces so that customers can order according to their preferences.
I also highly recommend the Ox tongue as it is very tender.The chefs cut it into thin slices so all you need is to grill it around 30 secs and Voila-ready to serve.
The brisket is higher fat content and thin-slice comparing with the rest of beef part.If you want something that only take you few secs to cook.It will be you good choice.However,you have to be patient if you order the chicken wings as they are quite thick which take the longest time to cook.
The squid tentacles in spicy Korean sauce is also my favourite one.There are so many intense flavours which will definitely give you a kick and stimulate your taste buds.
There are also fried rice,udon,soup,vegetables,tempura,deep fried snacks,salads,appetisers.I recommend homemade seafood pancake,deep fried breaded prawn,chicken cartilages ,garlic clam soup,premium wagyu udon.
Last but not least,Portobello with herbs and butter!!The butter melted upon the heat which give the buttery,garlicky and Rosemary flavour.Yummmmm!!!""
