Sushi Platter
Showcased innovation and creativity with smoked/ seared elements and combination of ingredients
Gyusuji Beef Tendon $68
Extremely gelatinous and melt-in-the-mouth tender with the ponzu sauce making it the perfect whet. A nice boost of collagen!
