We (2ppl) went to this dessert joint on a Friday night, around 8:30pm. There was no line and we went straight in and got seats at the bar.We ordered the strawberry and apple parfaits, which were made fresh immediately in front of us by the dessert chefs. It took them about 15-20mins to make them. Strawberry parfait - the strawberries were a little sour. They used vanilla ice-creamsand other ingredients, which balanced off the sourness. Apple parfait - they had fresh apple slices, cooked apple slices, and alcohol infused apples to make this really pretty apple rose. There is also vanilla ice-cream, jelly, and quite a few other garnishes. If you like apples, this is an amazing dessert.
The Apple parfait is the better option between the two for us.
Also, a quick note: the dessert chefs at the bar are very friendly. You can ask them for recommendations or fruit information.
