I found a new place to try out Japanese grill, it is not a big place but the decoration bring out the Japanese atmosphere. White Miso marinated Black Cod - after grilled, the marinated miso made the cod taste nice, it was sweet.Sea food set - Hokkaido squid, Japanese Oyster, Hokkaido Scallop, Lobster, Sea Eel, the set was fresh.Japanese Beef - four different Japanese beef type, Prime brisket, Prime shank beef, rip eye and thin slide of beef. All these meats are good in qualities.Japanese spice

Japanese spice Fried Chicken Cartilage - fried just perfect, not too dry and not too salty.
Avocado sea weed salad - very refreshing salad, the sea weed add up the taste to the salad.
Japanese egg sea weed rice - the egg was just perfectly cook, and adding the dried sea weed was nice.
Cheese Pork belly - some times the good thing of grilling by ourselves is that we can decide how to grilled, so beside just grilling, we could use the remaining butter and frying the pork belly. both way and the cheese taste nice.
Japanese fluorescent squid - very fresh and juicy, it was sweet and vinegar sour.
Vegetable Tempura - fried just right, not too dry and thick and big in size.
These is when we were grilling the prime beef.
Here we are grilling the Black Cod and the scallop in butter. Nice grill.
