Our selection of luscious tapas includes 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢 complimented with spicy sour sauce; 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 with drool-worthy Prosciutto ham and runny quail egg; 𝐇𝐨𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬, seasoned with ginger and lime for refreshing flavors; 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢, daintily topped with lobster salad and spicy mayo; 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 with chef’s signature bacon jam; 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 in flavorful chorizo dressing; 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚, battered crispy eggplant, sweet potato, bell pepper, and cauliflower; as well as 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 with delectable Ponzu sauce.

All these exquisite tapas were beautifully paired with 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐨, brewed with yellow cherry blossom yeast for a fruity aroma and sweet taste; 𝐊𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐮, exclusively brewed with the best sake-making rice Yamadanishiki from Hyogo, offering a rich flavor and great balance of acidity and sweetness; and 𝐍𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐨, a 50% polished Daiginjo sake with
fruity aroma and a decent rice flavor.
