I love mochi!!! I have received my japanese client's gift. I am thankful to him!! The mochi is very freeze. It should be put at room temperature to defrost for around 1 or 1 and a half hour. Matcha tastes good!!! some red bean are in the middle of the mochi

Mousse is not like Mousse, I think it is still freeze.....and flavorless for the mousse.
Minced mango are in the middle of the mochi, it is not too sweet.
