To be honest, I haven't really been to hotels on this stretch so decided to check it out over the Christmas period.As my friends love Japanese red beans and chestnut, I joined them for tea which had these items.The price is $348 for two and has the following items.There was a good mix of savoury and sweet, although some items were sweet and savoury at the same time such as the red bean pancakes and smoked salmon.My favourite was the jelly cup with chestnut and lobster salad on top.The scallop cr

The scallop croquette was visually nice as it was in a layer of purple sweet potato mash coated in breadcrumbs.For the sweet tooth, I loved the scones which come with thick and creamy clotted cream.
Finished with the sweet items which were light and not too heavy.
The signature drink is another must try if you stop by for drinks.
