Went to Apita Eatery with my sis and my maid, and I selected this resto at last. .I ordered the Beef Tongue Doria. The dish was covered with cheese and accompanied with cauliflower. The beef tongue was tender, and the cheese was stringy. However, the beef tongue didn't seem to absorb the cheese flavour well.
