From time to time having a jing bing is good but they are never the same as the ones on the street in China. However, you can rest assure that the ones serve in HK will be much cleaner and no health hazard.
I usually order their cumin lamb and their duck jing bing. The lamb is good but has some minced meat inside so if don’t eat it right away the bing will be a bit soggy. Overall is a filling snack to eat and eating one jing bing will be enough for a meal.
