Being raised in UK. my first Chinese food memories were in China Town and Food from Chinese Takeways so it was a great experience at East Ocean Restaurant as they are now serving some dishes from the past.There were a few that I have heard of such as Golden Money Chicken and the Pomelo Grapefruit skin which became reality on this visit.The Golden Money Chicken does not contain any chicken at all but it is called that because it has chicken liver, a la layer of fat and roast meat.The pomelo skin

The pomelo skin was mushy with a little bitterness.
My favourite was the white spring rolls stuffed with minced prawn.
For healthy options, the vegetable dish was my pick with lots of crunchy lily bulbs and lotus roots.
For dimsum, I liked the fried prawn dumplings which were succulent and springy.
