I picked garlic source this time and cannot wait to try black pepper next time! The source was sizzling on the iron plate which kept the steak hot until you finish. They suggested you to check the degree of the steak before put the sauce on top.

My rib eye was medium rare and it was thicker than I thought it would be. The rib eye was very juice and delicious! It totally worth $99 for such a good steak! Would definitely recommend friends to try together.
