To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天時暑熱就會諗起黎呢間餐廳食凍蕎麥麵。一坐低就會送上熱茶同前菜。前菜每隔一段時間就會轉。今日前菜係牛蒡。下面仲有一塊蒟蒻。味道甜甜地。叫左炸雞凍蕎麥麵。仲可以揀熱蕎麥麵冷熱烏冬或飯。蕎麥麵係自家製。口感爽口分明。唔會糊左一團。配埋冷麵汁十分解熱。炸雞即叫即做。有4大件。炸皮薄。做得出色。用上雞上脾肉。十分嫩滑。咬開入面好多汁。調味岩岩好。配埋個酸酸甜甜沙律醬十分開胃。另外一提。侍應服務主動。會密密自動加茶。不過一定要齊人先可以入座。
