Most of their meat were displaced on the shop front, with those juice dripping down from it. They offered goose, pork, chicken and parts etc. They were running a promotion right now, with 2 types of meat going at a discounted price.
BBQ pork - I requested for half fatty and half lean meat. The chef was generous with the portion, and was cut into thick texture. It was juicy and chewy, sweet as well, as it absorbed the essence of the juice.
