A good healthy lunch or afternoon tea place in Sha Tin.  For a very reasonable price, can get the 2 ver. Hainan chicken combo.  The rice was particularly good.  and the 3 Hainan chicken condiment was also very delicious.Tried this whole soft shell crab.  Comes with a lemon with that extra zest.  Was surprisingly delicious.  Will definitely order again next time.
